Conference Registration Guidelines

Registration Process

• Complete the online registration form through the conference website.
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• Use a valid email address for registration as all official communication will be sent electronically.

Presenter Registration

• At least one author of each accepted paper or poster must register.
• The presenting author must complete registration before the presenter registration deadline.

• Use the payment methods provided on the conference website.
• Bank or transaction charges are the responsibility of the participant.
• Upload the payment receipt and email a copy along with participant details.

Confirmation

• A confirmation email will be sent after payment verification.
• Please retain the confirmation email for future reference.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds will be processed according to the conference refund policy.
• No refunds will be issued after the refund deadline.

Code of Conduct

• Maintain professional and ethical conduct throughout the conference.
• Plagiarism, discrimination, harassment or disruptive behaviour may result in cancellation of registration without refund.
