Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.

General Guidelines

  • The submitted work must be original and should not have been published or be under review elsewhere.
  • All abstracts must be written in clear, professional English.
  • Abstracts should be submitted through the conference submission portal before the submission deadline.
  • A maximum of six (6) authors may be listed per abstract.
  • Include 3–5 keywords immediately after the abstract.
  • Avoid tables, figures, images and references unless specifically required.
  • Use standard abbreviations and define them at first mention.

Review Process

All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review based on originality, scientific merit, relevance, methodology and clarity. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings and selected papers may be considered for publication in the Sarhad University Journals.

Important Notes

  • Ensure all author information is accurate before submission.
  • The presenting author must register before the registration deadline.
  • The Academics & Registration Committee reserves the right to reject submissions that do not comply with the guidelines.
